What the Program Actually Provides

Run by the Australian Institute for Machine Learning (AIML) at the University of Adelaide and backed by the SA Government, this program gives eligible SA SMEs direct access to AIML's ML engineers who will work with your business to explore an AI use case, scope it, and co-develop a prototype or proof of concept. This is not a cash grant. It's free expert AI engineering time from one of Australia's leading AI research institutes.

Who's eligible: SA businesses with fewer than 200 employees and under $20M annual turnover. At least 50% of operations must be SA-based. All industries welcome including non-tech and traditional businesses. Program runs until 2028.
